1fl oz Campari
1fl oz sweet vermouth
ice cubes
soda water to top
lemon zest to sprit
orange slice
Directions
1. Pour the Campari and vermouth into a glass filled with ice and stir.
Top with a splash of soda water.
2. Squeeze the oil from the lemon zest over the surface of the drink and discard, and garnish with half an orange slice.
