Raspberry Cantaloupe Smoothie








Raspberry Cantaloupe Smoothie    
  
            
       Ingredients


 1/2 of a cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and diced
 1 Cup of fresh raspberries
 1/2 Cup yogurt
 1 1/2 Tablespoon sugar                 


 Directions

  
1. Combine all ingredients into a blender. 
Blend at high speed until thick and smooth.
