1 cup buckwheat flour 4 cup oats 2 tablespoons cornmeal 15 teaspoons baking powder 5 teaspoon salt 2 tablespoons fruit sweetener 1 cup soy milk 2 tablespoons oil 1 large egg |
Directions |
1. Heat your griddle. 2. Combine the dry ingredients. Stir well. 3. In a separate bowl, combine all the other ingredients. Beat until well mixed. 4. Add the dry ingredients to wet ingredients and stir until smooth. 5. Spoon about 1/4-cup batter for each pancake onto the griddle. Cook for about 2 minutes each side. Serve with your favorite topping. Makes about 6 servings |
