2 cups all-purpose flour 1 1/3 cups milk 1 cup fresh blueberries 1/3 cup melted butter 2 large eggs 4 teaspoons sugar 2 teaspoons baking powder Pinch of salt |
Directions |
1. Separate egg yolks and whites. Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form. 2. In a mixing bowl, add egg yolks, milk and butter. Stir well. 3. Sift all dry ingredients together in a large mixing bowl. Add the yolk, milk, butter mixture and whisk until very smooth. 4. Gently fold in the blueberries, next fold in the egg whites. 5. Preheat waffle iron, set it to medium to high heat. Cook till golden brown. |
