1 16 oz. jar mild thick and chunky salsa 1 15 oz. can black beans, rinsed and drained 1 14 oz. can chicken broth or Homemade chicken stock 1 3/4 cups water 1 1/2 cups cubed cooked ham (8 oz.) 1 teaspoon ground cumin 1/2 cup sour cream |
Directions |
1. In a large saucepan or Dutch oven combine salsa, beans, broth, the water, ham, and cumin. Bring to boiling; reduce heat. Simmer, covered, for 10 minutes. 2. Top each serving with sour cream |
