4 tortillas 1/4 cup Pizza Sauce 1/2 cup cooked chicken breast, chopped 1/2 cup diced bell pepper 1 cup grated mozzarell pepperoni |
Directions |
1. Place 2 tortillas flat and spread each with 2 tablespoons of the sauce. 2. Top one of the tortillas with 1/4 cup chicken, 1/4 cup bell pepper, and 1/2 cup of the cheese. Add pepperoni. 3. Place the other tortilla on top to cover (sauce side down) and press down lightly. Slide the tortilla into a dry pan on medium heat and cook on each side for 3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted through. 4. Repeat to make the second quesadilla. |

Bacon Cheeseburger Pizza
Ingredients
1 can Refrigerated Pizza Crust
1/2 pound ground beef
1 small onion, chopped
8 ounces can pizza sauce
8 bacon strips, cooked and crumbled
20 dill pickle coin slices
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
Directions
1. In a medium skillet, cook beef and onion until meat
is lightly brown and drain then set aside.
2. Place crust on a ungreased 12-inch pizza pan.
3. Spread the sauce, top with beef mixture, bacon,
pickles and cheeses; sprinkle with Italian seasoning.
4. Bake at 450 degrees for 10-12 minutes or until
cheeses have melted.

Tomato and Cheese Pizza
Ingredients
1 can Refrigerated Pizza Crust
3 tablespoons olive oil
2 garlic cloves, thinly sliced
3 ripe tomatoes, cored and chopped
3/4 cup grated mozzarella cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and black pepper
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 500°F.
2. Shape the dough in a baking sheet or skillet and brush
with olive oil.
3. Add 1 tablespoon of the oil in a skillet over medium-low heat;
after it’s hot, add the garlic and cook, stirring frequently, until it
softens, about 1-2 minute.
4. Raise the heat a bit and add the tomatoes; cook, stirring frequently,
just until most of their liquid has evaporated, about 5-6 minutes.
Let the tomatoes cool.
5. Toss the tomatoes with the mozzarella, Parmesan, and oregano.
Spread this mixture on the pizza dough and sprinkle with salt
and black pepper.
6. Put the baking sheet or skillet in the oven and bake until the
crust is crisp and the cheese melted, usually 8 to 14 minutes.
Let the pizza stand for 3-5 minutes before slicing.

Bacon Spinach Pizza
Bacon Spinach Pizza
Ingredients
1 can Refrigerated Pizza Crust
1 pkg Chopped Frozen Spinach (about 9 oz.)
1/2 cup chopped onion
1 Tablespoon oil
6-8 oz. chopped chicken breast, cooked
2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
6-8 bacon slices,cooked and chopped
Directions
1. Preheat oven to 400°F.
2. Grease 15x10x1-inch baking pan.
3. Place dough in greased pan. tarting at center,
press out dough to edge of pan.
4. Bake at 400°F. for 9 to 13 minutes or until
edges are light golden brown.
5. Cook spinach as directed on package. Drain well;
squeeze to remove liquid.
6. Heat oil in small skillet over medium-high heat until hot.
Add onion; cook and stir 3 to 4 minutes or until tender,
stirring frequently.
7. Remove the partially baked crust from oven.
Top crust with spinach, onion, chicken, cheese and bacon.
8. Return the pizza back to oven; bake an additional
9 to 12 minutes or until cheese is melted.

Breakfast Pizza
Breakfast Pizza
Ingredients:
1 Lb sausage
10 slices bacon
1 dozen eggs
3 cups shredded hash browns
1 cup shredded cheddar
1 can 8 count crescent roll dough
Salt and Pepper to taste
You can also add green Onions as additional topping
Directions
1. Cook sausage and bacon and set aside.
2. Coat a 9x13 inch pan with cooking spray.
3. Use the crescent roll dough to line the bottom of the pan, pinch the seams together.
4. Spread frozen hash browns over the crescent roll dough. Salt and pepper to taste.
5. Beat all eggs in a bowl and pour over hash browns.
6. Sprinkle crumbled bacon and sausage over the eggs and hash browns.
7. Place in oven at 350 degrees for 35-45 minutes, or until set in center.
Sprinkle cheese over top and return to oven until melted.

Mediterranean Style Pizza
Ingredients:
Crust:
2 tablespoons cornmeal
2½ cups Original Bisquick mix
1 package fast-acting dry yeast (2¼ teaspoons)
½ cup plus 3 tablespoons warm water (105°F to 115°F)
Topping:
½ cup basil pesto
½ cup sun-dried tomatoes in oil, drained, cut into ½-inch pieces
1 can (14 oz) artichoke hearts, drained, chopped
1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 package (4 oz) crumbled feta cheese
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 425°F. Lightly grease 15 x 10 x 1-inch pan with shortening or cooking spray.
Sprinkle with cornmeal, tapping off any excess.
2. In large bowl, stir Bisquick mix and yeast. Add water; stir until dough leaves side of bowl.
On surface sprinkled with additional Bisquick mix, lightly knead dough 1 minute.
Roll out to 15 x 10-inch rectangle. Place dough in pan; crimp edges, forming a rim
3. Spread pesto over dough. Sprinkle tomatoes, artichokes, mozzarella cheese and feta cheese evenly over top.
4. Bake 12 to 16 minutes or until cheese is melted and crust is golden brown.
