Sausage Egg and Cheese Muffins
Ingredients
1 cup Bisquick baking mix
1/2 cup grated cheese
1/3 cup sour cream
2/3 cup milk
2 eggs, beaten
1/2 pound ground sausage, browned
Salt and pepper to taste
Directions
1. Mix all ingredients and spoon into greased
mini muffin tins
2. Bake at 350 F degrees for 20-to-30 minutes.
