Cranberry Apple Smoothie 



Ingredients: 

 1 1/2 cups water 
 1 cup fresh cranberries, washed 
 1 whole apple, washed and chopped coarsely 
 1/2 orange, well-washed 
 1/2 cup fresh orange juice 
 1/2 cup fresh grated carrots 
 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon   




Directions 

1. Combine all ingredients into a blender. 
Blend at high speed until thick and smooth.
