Black Bean Dip

Black Bean Dip  

 8-ounce package cream cheese, softened
 8 ounces Cheddar cheese with jalapeño peppers, cubed
 1/3 cup beer
 1 cup black beans, drained and rinsed
 1/2 cup sliced scallions
 1/2 cup chopped tomatoes                


 1. In a medium saucepan over low heat, combine the cream cheese, 
Cheddar cheese, and beer, mixing well until the cheeses are melted.

 2. Add the black beans, scallions, and tomatoes, mixing well.
