Cantaloupe Banana Smoothie

Cantaloupe Banana Smoothie  

 1 lb Fresh Cantaloupe
 2 Medium Ripe Bananas
 2 Oranges
 1 Piece of Ginger (1/2 to 1 inch piece)                


 1. Peel and chop cantaloupe, bananas, oranges and ginger. 

 2. Combine all ingredients into a blender. Blend at high speed 
until thick and smooth.
