Blueberry Smoothie
Ingredients
1 pint fresh blueberries*
1 cup pineapple
1 container (8 oz.) lowfat vanilla yogurt
2 teaspoon sugar or honey
* You can use 2 cups (10 oz.) frozen blueberries, slightly thawed
Directions
1. Combine all ingredients into a blender; blend at high speed until thick and smooth.
