Chicken Fruit Salad

Chicken Fruit Salad  

 1 1/2 pounds cooked boneless 
 chicken breast halves, cubed 
 1 cup fresh strawberries, quartered 
 1/2 cup red apple cubed
 1 cup fresh pineapple, 
 cut into small chunks
 1/2 cup walnuts, chopped
 1 cup light mayonnaise 
 1 clove garlic, finely chopped 
 1 teaspoon dried dill weed 
 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard 
 1 teaspoon raw honey   


 1. Mix together the mayonnaise, garlic, dill weed, mustard, 
and raw honey in a mixing bowl, stirring well. 

 2. Mix the chicken, strawberries, pineapple, apple and 
walnuts in a large mixing bowl. Toss chicken mixture with 
the prepared dressing. 

 3. Chill for at least 1 hour, or overnight for best flavor.
