Apple Glazed Turkey Breast
Bone-in turkey breast to fit your crock pot*
salt and pepper
5-6 apples, cored and quartered and peeled
1/4 cup apple cider
3 Tbsp. brown sugar
1 tsp. fresh ground ginger
1. Rub the turkey all over with salt and pepper.
2. Place the apple quarters in bottom of the crock pot.
Place turkey on top of apples.
3. Combine rest of ingredients, spoon over the turkey.
Cook on low for 10-12 hours.
* If the Turkey breast is to big for your crock pot, thaw
it for 48 hours and trim to fit. Place the trimmed pieces
under the breast in the crock pot.
