Pepper Steak

Pepper Steak  

 1-1/2 to 2 lbs. beef round steak, sliced into strips 
 15-oz. can diced tomatoes 
 2 green peppers, sliced 
 1 onion, chopped 
 4-oz. can sliced mushrooms, drained 
 1/4 cup salsa hot or mild
                                                 cooked rice                                                 

 1. Combine all ingredients except rice in slow cooker. 
Cover and cook on low setting for 6 to 8 hours. 
Serve over cooked rice.
