Strawberry Sour Cream Pie

Strawberry Sour Cream Pie 

 1 deep dish pie crust
 1 quart fresh strawberries, washed and halved
 1 cup plain flour
 1½ cups sugar
 1/8 teaspoon salt
 8 oz. sour cream       


 1. Preheat oven to 450. 

 2. Place sliced strawberries in bottom of pie shell. 

 3. Sift together flour, sugar and salt. 
Pour in bowl and stir in sour cream.

 4. Mix well and spread over strawberries. 
Bake 10 minutes at 450 then 30 minutes at 350.

 5. Refrigerate before serving.
