Cheddar Bacon Waffles
1 large egg
1 cup milk
1 cup sour cream
1 Tablespoon butter - melted
2 cups Bisquick baking mix
6-8 bacon strips; cooked and crumbled
1 cup shredded Sharp or Mild Cheddar cheese
1. In a medium mixing bowl, beat the egg.
2. Add the milk, sour cream and melted butter.
Add the baking mix and mix very well.
3. Fold in the crumbled bacon and the Cheddar cheese.
4. Spoon batter onto a prepared, hot waffle iron.
Cook for 4-6 minutes or until golden brown.n.
