Apple Pecan Cake






Apple Pecan Cake  
            
       
  Ingredients

 1 1/2 cups sugar
 2 cups self-rising flour
 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
 1/4 cup oil
 1/2 cup margarine
 1/4 teaspoon vanilla flavoring
 3 eggs
 2 large apples, peeled and diced
 3/4 to 1 cup pecan pieces       


 Directions
  

 1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

 2. Stir together dry ingredients in a large mixing bowl. 

 3. Add remaining ingredients, and mix well 
using a spoon only.

 4. Lightly coat a Bundt pan with non-stick cooking spray. 
Spread batter into prepared pan.

 5. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 35 minutes.
