Sugar-free Pecan Fudge

Sugar-free Pecan Fudge 

 16 oz Softened cream cheese
 2 Non-sweet chocolate squares
 1/2 cup Sugar substitute
 1/2 Tsp Vanilla essence
                                                     1/2 cup Pecans (chopped)                                                                


 1. Cream the cream cheese which has been softened 
previously in a bowl, then add chopped pecans, chocolate 
squares which have been melted and cooled.

 2. Add vanilla essence and sugar substitute and blend thoroughly.

 3. Pour the mixture into an oven dish or any other flat dish 
lined with foil and refrigerate it for 10-12 hours. 
Cut into squares and serve.
