Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops






Parmesan-Crusted Pork Chops
            
       
  Ingredients

 4 boneless lean pork chops
 1 tablespoon olive oil
 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
 1 teaspoon pepper
 1/3 cup Panko bread crumbs
 1/3 cup Parmesan cheese   


 Directions
  

 1. Preheat oven to 350 F. 

 2. Place chops in roasting pan and brush on olive.

 3. Sprinkle on salt and pepper mixture, then bread 
crumbs and cheese.

 4. Roast in preheated oven for 25-30 minutes or 
until chops reach 145 F.
