Coconut Custard Pie

Coconut Custard Pie  

 1 9 inch pie crust
 1 Cup Sugar
 1 Tablespoon Flour
 1/4 Teaspoon salt 
 3/4 Cup Whole milk 
 1/2 Cup Butter, melted 
 3 Eggs, Beaten well 
 1 Teaspoon Vanilla extract 
 1 Cup Shredded or Flaked Coconut                  



 1. Pre Heat the oven to 325 degrees F. 

 2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the sugar, flour, and salt, 
and stir with a whisk or a fork to combine them well. Add the milk, 
butter, eggs, and vanilla, and stir to combine everything evenly and well.

 3. Stir in the coconut, and mix well. Pour the filling into the piecrust.

 4. Place the pie on the bottom rack of the oven and bake until the filling 
is firm, dry and golden brown, about 45 to 55 minutes. Place the pie 
on a cooling rack and let cool to room temperature.
