Mushroom Mozzarella Chicken

Mushroom Mozzarella Chicken 

 6 boneless skinless chicken breasts
 10 oz can French onion soup
 4 oz jar sliced mushrooms, drained
 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
 salt and pepper to taste
 2 tablespoons olive oil                  



 1. Season chicken with salt and pepper, then brown in hot oil in large skillet.

 2. Place in crock pot. Combine remaining ingredients and pour over chicken.

 2. Cover and cook on low for 6 hours.
