Herbed Sweet Potatoes
2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled and cut into 1 inch cubes
1 Teaspoon olive oil
1 Teaspoon dried thyme
1/4 Teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 Teaspoon salt
1/8 Teaspoon red pepper flakes
1. Preheat the oven to 375°.
2. Combine the sweet potatoes with the olive oil, thyme,
garlic powder, salt and red pepper flakes.
3. Place the sweet potatoes on a cookie sheet and roast
30 minutes, turning once.
