Pineapple Pork Chops

Pineapple Pork Chops 

 6 thick boneless pork chops
 2 Tablespoons cooking oil
 6 oz can thawed pineapple juice
 4 Tablespoons brown sugar
 1/3 cup red wine vinegar
 1/3 cup honey                     



 1. Preheat oven to 325. Brown pork chops in large skillet in hot oil.

 2. Combine remaining ingredients in a bowl and then pour over pork chops.

 3. Cover skillet and put in oven to bake for 50-55 minutes or until chops are done.
